Step Away from the Day-to-Day

Guided nature therapy experiences to slow down, reconnect, and experience the living world in a different way

Welcome

I’m glad you’ve stopped by, and now that you’re here, I invite you to join me for a guided nature therapy walk. No outdoor expertise required, just a willingness to step outside and get curious about what’s already here.

Rooted in presence, connection, and shared experience, nature therapy practices offer space to step outside the usual pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, others, and the more-than-human world.

Quiet observations, shared laughter, muddy paths, a surprise moment of wonder, a curious squirrel appearance, an unexpectedly emotional encounter with a very, very old tree... you never quite know what might emerge during a nature therapy experience. Are you ready to find out?

"If you ever find yourself feeling restless or craving novelty and freedom, I would highly recommend participating in a Nature Therapy Walk! It's an excellent way to connect with yourself and open up to your surroundings in a meaningful way, and to see things in a new light. I was lucky enough to do this activity in a beautiful outdoor setting which only added to the experience. I plan to keep practicing some of what I learned in my weekly life if I can!"
